Thursday fun

Today was super fun, fun fun! Hehe went for lunch outing with my colleagues and we all ended up being sugar high, read on, and you'll find out why....haha :P We went to the foodcourt at Times Square as we were pretty much undecided on where to go for lunch, hence, the easiest way out was the nearest outlet :P So we all get to choose accordingly to our taste buds ;) tsk...tsk... I didn't get to take pictures of my friends' food because I was soo hungry that I occupied myself haha sorry peeps! But I did take pictures of my food.

I got my wish, I got myself Nasi Uduk Ayam Goreng Jakarta at Pondok Sari Wangi. The rice itself is fragrant, you can smell the ginger, and the texture is not too soft, I'd say its perfect. The sambal that goes with it, is a bit spicy but also goes well with the rice, and the soup is the sayur asem gravy. Loved it! Out of 5, 4 lah...hehe I got myself this crispy prawn, don't know what its called but it looked fancy. Got it from the dim sum stall, wasn't all that. I think they steamed the prawn first so that it wont be too dry when they fry it. They then wrapped the prawn with something that looked like shredded popia skin. Out of 5, a 2.5.

which somehow lead to us all in the car, singing our asses out loud and sugar high! LOL! Told you today was fun! I loved the fact that the staff made my friends' day by putting a smiley face on her drink with the chocolate! Awww, bliss!After that, its not that kami inda pandai kanyang, hehe its just because, erm, the day was scorching hot, so we then jaywalked to Coffee Bean to get ourselves some cold thirst quenchers And for that, I'd give it a 4 out of 5 too :D Hey, I'm satisfied with my Mocha! :P

Made me happy too alright! :P hehe since there was this roadshow by other government agencies too in the vicinity, so well all tried our luck in answering the quiz by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, and I got really lucky that I won myself this cool folder! :D My lucky day!

And for dinner, me, my sister and mummy went to Delifrance for dinner. And again, I did not take pictures of their food, haha I'm being selfish today :P Basically, this is one of my favourite eateries since I just lo-ove the croissant there. My rating is still, 4 out of 5.

This post goes out to one of my bffs, Ira who lost her cat to kidney failure. Her cat, called "MJ Baby" is one of the cutest and manja-est cat I've ever came across. A Mongolian breed and yet very fluffy and all. MJ Baby, you will be missed, may you rest in peace. You have been loved.

Lunching with the bffs

I just love saturdays because I can just laze around, tho I'm still doing my work, but I can still spend time with the people I care most, like my bffs, over lunch. Haven't been around to meet up with them much lately, so we decided a quick pasta fix would be the perfect lunch since its always the perfect fit for the tummy as well as doing a lil catching up :D So, off to Fratini's at the Centrepoint we went! Too bad I had the sniffles so I couldn't pretty much make what the smell and taste of all the lovely foods we had, but what matters most is spending time with the Bffs. Love you all :D And I would like to congratulate my bff, Natasha Faizal XoXo ~\0/~ Yay!!! You did it love!!! See you on monday, definitely! :D

A day with Ira at Charcoal

I did came to know that one of my bff is back in town, I missed her much, hence we planned on having a lunch out at Charcoal. My colleagues were making a fuss about the set meal, but it didn't quite registered into my head at that time because all I could think about was meat, Lamb Chops to be precise! LOL!!! Not my first visit to say the least but Yes, it was a wonderful place. I'd say, the ambiance itself is quite, hmm..how do I describe it, cosy in a way :D I'd rate it, a 6 out of 10

Happy Birthday Me!

Yes, its my birthday this time *giggles* double the celebration in one day makes me a happy camper! Hence, it turned me into a 27 year old "young" woman, LOL!!! On top of the double celebration, I received flowers, pretty flowers from my "mysterious sender". I loved the flowers!!! Its sooo pretty and soo fragrant *tee-hee* I'd like to thank all my friends and colleagues a big THANK YOU for planning the surprise, LOL!!! I was shocked!!! ( Tapi masih lagi dapat ambil gambar )

Breakfast at Fleur De Lys

It was a hot sunny day and I wasn't quite in a good mood myself, plus after a 'little' incident, I went out with my bestfriend Asil (tsk..I did take a picture of her but then the outcome wasn't satisfactory) for breakfast at Fleur De Lys at Kiulap. It was nice while it lasted, especially when I haven't seen her in a while. Just promise you won't tell my boss about my whereabouts after reading this entry *snickers* :P

Its funny how life is. I missed hanging out with my bestfriends, spending time, but if we do hang out, there is A LOT of catching up to do. The funny thing is, we live in the same district, even the same catchment area, but we do not really have the time to hang-out like we used to. Life has taken a toll on all of us where all three of us are busy with our commitments, WORK. And it dawned to me, how all the 3 of us have grown up :) Anyhow, I miss you girls *mwahz*
